Description
Group of prismatic arfvedsonite crystals with parallel growth, striated faces, and shiny polycrystalline terminations of dark green, almost black color. On a feldspar matrix in beige tones, contrasting with the intense black of the arfvedsonite. Piece with balanced aesthetics, good contrast, and a striking crystal arrangement.

The matrix is made up of feldspar, a mineral group with the general formula KAlSi₃O₈ – NaAlSi₃O₈ – CaAl₂Si₂O₈, which includes microcline, orthoclase, and albite, adding contrast and volume to the piece.
