Description

Dense aggregate of siderite crystals with calcite coatings and visible metallic galena crystals, on an earthy matrix. Crack growth.

History of this specimen

Piece with sober aesthetics and texture rich in detail. Of low value on the general market, but very significant for its formation in a crack and its ability to reveal complexity when observed closely. Sold by Juanjo from Elx. Typical paragenesis of this area: greenish matrix, siderite, and galena.
