History of this specimen

The pyromorphites from Daoping were not the only ones responsible for China's entry into international mineral collecting, but they were one of its great statements of authority. At the beginning of the 2000s they showed that China not only produced volume, but also modern classics capable of competing with the great historic European and American localities.
